Bayhydur ®
Bayhydrol and Bayhydur waterborne polyurethane coatings provide the high level of protection and attractive appearance expected from conventional solvent based systems. They have a low solvent content and therefore significantly lower emissions, so they are more environmentally friendly.
Bayhydur are universal, water-dispersible aliphatic hydrophilically modified polyisocyanate crosslinkers from Covestro. They are widely used for the formulation of water-based polyurethanes such as adhesives, automotive coatings, can and coil coatings, building and floor coatings, glass coatings, industrial coatings, OEM primers, plastic coatings, pigmented coatings, printing inks and wood coatings .
