Baulé ® Alpha
The combination of polyurethane elastomer casting experience, knowledge of polyurethane chemistry and in-house technical skills make Baulé machines the most effective tools for the successful production of cast polyurethane parts. Cast polyurethane solutions from Covestro Elastomers overcome the usual barriers to industrialization of production and offer the possibility of casting despite chemical or processing problems.
Baulé Alpha machines allow the client to choose from a wide range of configurations to end up with the machine they need at the time of purchase and with the ability to easily upgrade their model as their needs evolve. The machines are designed to meet the operator’s requirements regardless of the systems being processed, the work environment or the area of use.
In a precisely designed frame, a large number of combinations can be created that suit both the means and the needs of the customer. Thanks to a performance in the range of 2-30 kg per minute, a material tank of up to 400 liters and the possibility of choosing 2-4 components, Baulé Alpha machines offer a complete range of options in the required designs and properties.
